"comment": "AWESOME service from amazing people, Dr. Ben Vanderlip and Audio Pro, Alexandra Bullard.\nAfter being dissatisfied with two ENT\u2019s, my husband suggested I see his \u201cguy\u201d and absolutely thrilled I did. From first walking into the office at 6816 East Brown Rd, suite 102 in Mesa, I found the office to be extremely welcoming and without the feel of a hearing aide facility. Walls decorated with beautiful art and the smell of coffee brewing was welcoming. Meeting Dr. Ben and Alexandra was such a pleasure, just down to earth nice people that just want to help my hearing. Alexandra took me through hearing test and explained in detail the different types of hearing aides and what she recommended and why for me. Meeting with Dr. Ben I found him to be extremely patient explaining in detail the results of my hearing test and really detailed in how the hearing aides worked. I\u2019m so glad to have chosen them and would highly recommend them to anyone that has a slight hearing issue to someone that has a lot of hearing issues. The customer service is beyond amazing and I\u2019m extremely happy. !!",

"comment": "I think the service was great but I do have a problem with their corporate office which I cannot locate an address or phone number for. I have a refund coming for $2500 from Blue Cross Blue Shield and the check was sent to Northland Hearing Centers Inc. per contract BCBS has with Northland. I was told by SoundPoint Hearing on Jan. 8, 2026 that it would take 6 to 9 months to get the reimbursement check in amount of $2500 from Northland Hearing corporate office. Clark Jensen",

"comment": "I was required by my job to be fitted for hearing aids before I could begin working. On top of that they were requesting some very specific testing and documentation to show my hearing had been corrected by hearing aids. I called audiologists all over the valley and was either hung up on or told that they couldn't help me. The team at soundpoint recognized my urgency and went above and beyond to get me in the office and get me fitted with hearing aids in a very short amount of time. They also were able to conduct the testing that my job required and provide the documentation I needed despite it being abnormal for the average person getting hearing aids. I'm extremely happy with my experience at soundpoint and the hard work they put in to get me exactly what I needed.",

Ben is the best Audiologist I have ever encountered. He is very dedicated to his patients and goes the extra mile to ensure one\u2019s hearing is as good as it can possibly be. Well, all I can say, is that it was very pleasant dealing both with front desk and having hearing tested again, to find our there wasn\u2019t hearing loss in either of us! I felt is was more thorough than my first visit in 2019. This is a husband and wife team that were very friendly and professional and I highly recommend to anyone to go here you will not be disappointed! Especially being told that my son\u2019s hearing wasn\u2019t declining, as we were told before, and we were very concerned, and we can now be relieved it\u2019s all good! It\u2019s 5 stars from us, it was two great experiences thank you!",

I went there to have my hearing re-tested and if necessary have the Aids adjusted. The doctor did a though exam and he spent time with me explaining the explaining every aspect of the testing process. My Aid needed to be adjusted and I left a happy camper. "comment": "As a daughter of my mother, I was looking for a patient and caring place for my mother's first set of hearing aids. I had already had her hearing tested at A.T. Still University by the audiology students there at no charge. I had begun to research the best brands of hearing aids. I had visited one place before landing here and I also knew that mom wanted to save money. Her initial wishes were to go to Costco. As I kept pricing in mind, I also wanted and needed to feel good about who my mother would be dealing with in this new transition of her life.\nI walked in to SoundPoint and met Tonya, I advised her of my concerns and she patiently listened. She accommodated my need for an early appointment to be there with my mother. I felt really good about my first impression and she had also explained that Ben was patient and that he had done this for a very long time.\nI am a very detailed person and can go on and on, but long story short. Ben was excellent in every aspect! We have unlimited visits and can call anytime. Not only has he taken great care of mom, but now I am his patient as well. If you every get anything stuck in your ears he will take a look! I am very thankful I walked into this location and that mom is doing great. Not only can she hear, but the pressure in her head has lifted. Something she couldn't explain and was just living with. So if you are considering where to go, look no further! Thank you Ben and Tonya!",

"comment": "The office staff is very friendly. They really care about you. I texted about a problem on two week-end days and i received both text and phone calls back almost immediately. Ben took the time to walk me through the app on the phone. They say call anytime and they mean it. They also call or text just to see how i am doing with my new Hearing Aids. They will open the office early if you need to come in, and they do not complain about it. I would recommend this office to anyone who wants to hear better and be treated well in a pleasant and courteous environment.",
