AWESOME service from amazing people, Dr. Ben Vanderlip and Audio Pro, Alexandra Bullard. After being dissatisfied with two ENT’s, my husband suggested I see his “guy” and absolutely thrilled I did. From first walking into the office at 6816 East Brown Rd, suite 102 in Mesa, I found the office to be extremely welcoming and without the feel of a hearing aide facility. Walls decorated with beautiful art and the smell of coffee brewing was welcoming. Meeting Dr. Ben and Alexandra was such a pleasure, just down to earth nice people that just want to help my hearing. Alexandra took me through hearing test and explained in detail the different types of hearing aides and what she recommended and why for me. Meeting with Dr. Ben I found him to be extremely patient explaining in detail the results of my hearing test and really detailed in how the hearing aides worked. I’m so glad to have chosen them and would highly recommend them to anyone that has a slight hearing issue to someone that has a lot of hearing issues. The customer service is beyond amazing and I’m extremely happy. !!

I think the service was great but I do have a problem with their corporate office which I cannot locate an address or phone number for. I have a refund coming for $2500 from Blue Cross Blue Shield and the check was sent to Northland Hearing Centers Inc. per contract BCBS has with Northland. I was told by SoundPoint Hearing on Jan. 8, 2026 that it would take 6 to 9 months to get the reimbursement check in amount of $2500 from Northland Hearing corporate office. Clark Jensen
I was required by my job to be fitted for hearing aids before I could begin working. On top of that they were requesting some very specific testing and documentation to show my hearing had been corrected by hearing aids. I called audiologists all over the valley and was either hung up on or told that they couldn’t help me. The team at soundpoint recognized my urgency and went above and beyond to get me in the office and get me fitted with hearing aids in a very short amount of time. They also were able to conduct the testing that my job required and provide the documentation I needed despite it being abnormal for the average person getting hearing aids. I’m extremely happy with my experience at soundpoint and the hard work they put in to get me exactly what I needed.

I’ve been using hearing aids for several years. I have never had hearing aids that completely worked well so went to Ben V. At SoundPoint hearing to get checked out. Ben is the best Audiologist I have ever encountered. He is very dedicated to his patients and goes the extra mile to ensure one’s hearing is as good as it can possibly be. Ben is VERY thourough and will tweak things until his patient is completely squared away and hearing as well as possible. I recommend him highly.

Ben is great. I’m definitely one of his younger patients but that doesn’t matter. We nerd out about all the cool tech built into my hearing aids. I highly recommend this location and Starkey hearing aids. Hearing aids changed my life.

I have had severe hearing loss for many years after a traumatic head injury I went to SoundPoint hearing center and I’m so glad I did the receptionist was fantastic she explained everything in detail to me they went out of their way to help me and Benjamin Vanderlip was great in all the years that I have been to different places I have never been treated so well these guys are very personable and care about their patients I highly recommend them I had such a great experience I will never go anywhere else I have new hearing aids that work great and are so comfortable I can hear again!! Our cute dad hasn’t been able to hear us for years…probably 20 years…in spite of different hearing aids. We were told there wasn’t anything else to be done. We went in to see Benjamin Vanderlip at SoundPoint Mesa. He told us of some new technology in hearing aids. OUR DAD CAN HEAR!!!! It’s amazing. He actually has to tell us to talk more quietly! He has not been able to hear us on the phone forever, now he hears from across the room. We are so grateful!! He can hear his grandchildren and great grandchildren!!! Thank you Thank you!!!
My husbands hearing aid broke so we looked for the nearest repair place to us. The receptionist/tech was fantastic and she was able to fix it while we waited. Reasonable and super friendly. We were in and out within 20 minutes. Would highly recommend!
